RENTAL AGREEMENT

CLASSIFICATION OF USE AND PRICES


Arena Day Use - $150 per Day with $200 Cleaning Deposit


Arena Night Use - $200 per Night with $200 Cleaning Deposit


North Arena Use - $75.00 per day with $200.00 Cleaning Deposit


Track Day Use - $150 per Day with $200 Cleaning Deposit


Track Night Use - $200 per Night with $200 Cleaning Deposit


Concession Stand - $75 per Day with $200 Cleaning Deposit (Includes all cooking, serving, and all cooler units in the concession stand and the picnic and covered areas near by.)


Bar, Covered Area, Paved Area, and Picnic Tables at the Grandstand - $75 per Day with $200 Cleaning Deposit (This does not include the concession stand, serving, and cooking area)


Barbecue Pit Use - $25 per day


South Picnic Area - $25 with $200 Cleaning Deposit (Including Barbecues horseshoe pits, Covered Tables, Etc. Pit must be cold and ashes hauled away)


Butler Building - $100 per Day with $200 Cleaning Deposit. (Monthly Rental fees shall be negotiated through the Public Works Department) 


Blue Building - $100 per Day with $200 Cleaning Deposit (Monthly Rental fees shall be negotiated through the Public Works Department)


Paved Parking Lot - $150 per Day with $200 Cleaning Deposit (Price Does Not Include Electricity. Electric Fees Will Be Determined on a Case by Case Basis)


Stall Rentals - $15 Stall per Night. 1 Horse / Animal per Stall. No Personal Portables Allowed Unless Approved by AG District 13 Board for Large Events.


Barn Area Open Corrals - $15 per Night per Corral. No Personal Portables Allowed Unless Approved by the AG District 13 Board for Large Events.


Arena Area Corrals - $15 per Night per Corral. (Arena Corrals are for Livestock, Rodeo, or Roping Stock Only. All Other Horses will be kept at the Upper Stalls. Monthly Renters Shall negotiate with the AG District 13 Board. Corrals Rented Near the Arena May be Requested to Vacate When Space is in Need for Large Events Utilizing the Arena) 


Large Event Stall Rental - for Stalls, Arena, Track, Etc., Shall be Negotiated with the AG District 13 Board.
